Resource Manager showing client date and sql code shows different

Ok so I created a report for certain machines that have checked in within the last 7 days. We get 6 machines. Knowing at that site we should have 30.. started looking into it..

Resource Manager shows that it is current and looks good.. but when I do my sql code. .it shows a totally different date... anyone have any idea why?

This isnt my first rodeo with this type of code as this is my basis usually...

I am drawing a blank where to see the client date in resourece manager... and not sure why it is showing an old date as last config request and basic inventory is current...
