PMI for non MS vendor

PMI was not working in my CMS 7.1 SP 2

I deleted {6D417916-467C-46A7-A870-6D86D9345B61} from snapshot folder , cleared the contents on :\Program Files\Altiris\Patch Management\Packages\WindowsVulnerabilityScan and ran PMI with MS as vendor only.

But then, if I later select any other vendor (eg Adobe), it again fails and I need to carry out the whole process even to make PMI for MS work.

Any one facing similar issue and with a solution will be really appreciated,
