I need a solution
I need clarification on OS Support for Server 2012r2for Service Desk. According to the (ITMS_Platform_Support_Matrix_06_Nov_2014) PDF and the (ServiceDesk_7_5_SP1_ImplementationGuide) pdf.
Based on reviewing the requirements, I have concluded the following, that Service Desk Application does not support Server2012r2 as shown in the screenshot from the product documentation.
Please clarify my conclusion.
SMP supports 2012r2
Workflow Server supports 2012r2
Servicedesk application does not suport 2012r2
