Finding & Aborting a Workflow Process

For different reasons I may need to Abort a WF Process. I've extracted the Workflow ID from the Hyperlinks for my Harmony (Web Application) process. 

I.e. 85237c7e-72a5-11e4-a9bd-005056a50013&s

I can not find this particular WF ID when I run the 'WorkflowManagementService.asmx/GetCurrentProcesses' for that process. Am I looking in the wrong place?

I've tried using the AbortWorkflowProcess but the Response URL still works. What am I missing? What is the best way to find and cancel a Workflow Process?
