Create Filter based on Software Installed

Hello,

I need to be able to create a filter to find all machines that have a certain application installed on them.  For example, all machines that have Navigo Workstation 2.0.   We want to target that computer to run a job that uninstalls and installs a different software solution.  I have the job ready to go but how can I find computers with this software installed. It shows up in add/remove programs or I could use the location of the .exe file if needed.
