Currently running the latest version of NS - 7.5.3153
Just looking for some help with software portal requests. Currently I setup a app in my portal that needs approval to get installed.
So i have a user make the software request , but i receive no email notification stating a request for software has been made.
My Account is a member of Symantec Administrators, I've also tried added myself to the Software Portal Managers group and i get no notification.
Just wondering if i'm missing a setting someone to get these email to kick off.
