"Tidying" up the imported departments in AMS

Hello

We import our data from AD. Depending on how our techncians enter a user's department information into AD (spelling etc), we end up with alot of different departments in our organisation view.  Is there a way to "tidy" this up?

Example, for the Communication Department it is appears as 'Communication' and 'Communications' ?
