Lose history/audit Patch Management

I need a solution

Hi! 

I need your help, I have problems with Patch Management. Apply the updates but after 1 or 2 days lost history, where the day and time in which they are impacted. I need this information because of an audit. Would you happened to anyone? On the internet I can not find anything about it.
