'Superseded By' Column Has No Entries

I was following the instructions at http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?pag... and noticed in the "Windows Superseded Bulletins" report, that the "Superseded By" column was empty for every entry. Any sugestions?

I'm on 7.1 MP1.
