TextBox Disable and Enable

I'm trying to make a textbox is enabled or disabled depending on if I chose one of the items of a CheckBoxList, but I wonder if I can use some of these Disable Event Control By value or Disable event Control if Current Value is Empty and if could show me some example to do some different idea.
