I need a solution
I need to have the support 1 queue show only those tickets that are not assigned to any person (if you select group, tickets assigned to members of that group show up). There doesn't seem to be any NOT assigned to user option ??
section1 - shows unassigned tickets (needs work)
section 2 - shows tickets assigned to the user logged in (works)
section 3 - custom report for term reports (works)
