We upgraded from 7.1 SP2 MP1.1 to 7.5 SP1 MP1
None of our servers or clients will connect to a task server now. We are unable to push the new agent. My client computer shows that half of my agents/plug-ins updated to 7.5.3153, and others show 7.1.7580
We received no errors during or after the upgrade, and the console opens and navigates fine. We do have issues with the active directory import page. It freezes when click on our users or computers, and gives a long-running script error.
However, even though no errors popped up, SIM shows that Symantec Management Platform 7.5 SP1 didn't properly configure.
It says: Product is not properly configured. This product is installed but not properly configured. You may need to manually configure or install this product again to resolve the problem. This may be caused by the SQL server not being available.
We can ping the SQL server from our Notification Server without any issues. There is an option to reconfigure, which we ran a few times with no errors, but it didn't fix the message.
In SIM, when we hit CTRL + SHIFT + P for the partial installation listing for SMP, it shows 33 installed and configured, but 1 installed not configured. It shows:
Supportability x64 (7.5.3219) (symantec_supportability 7_5_sp1_x64.msi) and with it's package code GUID
Anyone have any ideas/suggestions?
