PC Anywhere issue

We are having some issues with PC Anywhere.  Here is what happens when trying to start the service in pc anywhere.

To start try:
1) Specify the name of the Be a Host file (*.BHF) in start parameters for the Host, using Services Control Panel Applet.
2) Start Host from PC Anywhere manager.
3) Open a Be a Host file in Explorer.
