I need a solution
We are running SD7.1 SP2 -
This has happened a few times where a person sends in an email to the service desk that has been digitally signed (from a .mil, .gov, or a Verisign(now Symantec) ECA certificate) and it will stop the entire mailbox from being processed.
I came in this morning and there were 17 emails that were backed up, and once that signed one was removed, everything was processed normally.
ideas?
