Convert vmdk to gho - Error Number: (40221) - Failed to open vmdk extent - invalid format or unsupported version.

HI all,

A couple of years ago, someone asked this very same question here (https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/con...) but there was no solution posted. We still use Ghost Solution Suite 2.5.1 as I still think this is by far the best software I have used for cloning, yet is this simply a case where the lack of any further updates mean that the software is incapable of reading a newer VDMK virtual HDD?

If possible, help would be appreciated.
