Softwareportal Link does not work

Hi guys,

I have a tricky problem on a computer.

I have changed the softwareportal link in intrant by creating a shortcut called "Softwareportal.lnk" which contains to open following C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe "C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent\Agents\Software Management Solution Plugin\SoftwareManagementSolution_Agent.dll",ShowSoftwarePortal 

It works fine, but on one PC it does not open the link or show an IE window. It does nothing.

Also when I want to open Softwareportal by clicking right mousebutton on Symantec Management Agent and open Software Portal.

I tried to repair rundll32.exe by executing sfc /scannow.

I reinstalled Symantec Mangement Agen, Solution Agent, etc.

What coculd be the reason?
