We are in phase of implementing / configuring IT Analytics in our environment. I was going through the ITA CSM user guide and in there at Page 22 in System Requirements sections, it mentioned about installing MS Report Viewer and MS Office Web Components 11 (2003) on all computers that Symantec Management Console.
In that case, does that mean that we may have to install the mentioned applications on all the client and Altiris server machines in our environment, considering the fact that whoever is building the report could access the console from any client machine connected to the environment. If yes, then further to this for MS Report Viewer it is mentioned that Support Versions are 2008 SP1, 2008 R2 and 2012 and these are Windows Server versions. So which are the client OS versions supported, are Win 7 and Win 8 there in the support list?
