NS 7.5; Date format DD/MM/YYYY vs MM/DD/YYYY

One of our customers is encountering this issue on a german OS and IIS installation. In some cases the date format is MM/DD/YYY instead of the german standard DD/MM/YYYY. Did anyone encounter similiar issues? In the following example it is MM/DD/YYYY, even though the date format is not in in this format everywhere in the console.
