Windows VM Inventory - Limiting Resource Impact During Inventory

Hello all,

We have a location that is running multiple VM boxes on a single piece of hardware.  We are trying to get the agent on ALL machines but one of the VM admins is concerned about the potential major impact on those VMs with all of them kicking off and running the inventory at the same time.  Is there something in place to "throttle" the resource usage on the clients or something to set that can ease his mind that the impact will be minimal?
