For a while, our company used Altiris HelpDesk Solution 6.0 SP3, and while it had its problems, searching and running reports was not only easy, but simple and powerful enough that building complex reports wasn't a huge task.
Now, we are using SMP 7.1.8400. When logged into Symantec Management Console, I'm looking to search for a particular computer, and be able to see all known associated contacts. Under Resource Explorer, I can see the Primary User and Logged On user, but sometimes I need to see a historical list of that information.
Is there any easy way to see this information? If it isn't something built in, what can I do to build a report, or some SQL that I'd need to run to get this information. I've done a couple of searches on this site and found people asking similar questions, but the SQL provided didn't work for me.
