Uninstall LSC and block survey

A bunch of our users have stated that they have been getting prompts 3-4 times a day to update LSC.exe and they should not have the Lenovo Solution Center on there computer in the first place. I wrote a job and uninstalls the program but after it uninstalls, a survey site launches in the browswer. 

I wrote this as my command line MsiExec.exe /X{D60E3A84-5DDC-49ED-B9A5-E3466996EB36} /qn but I don't know what to add to not prompt for the website. 

Any help will be great.
