Altiris Deployment Solution no PXE server

I noticed there are three servers showing in the PXE Server List

I deleted all three through the SQL Table called 'Sbs_Serverlist'. Now when I go back into the above screen to add the PXE Server the little pen icon is greyed out.

I need to add the PXE Server so I can deploy images to 10+ computers. Any help would be greatly appreciated
