Problem capturing/importing Images

Hi all,

In the process of a job to capture a image, the firts tak is prepare for image and next make reboot to automation/pxe, at this time everything its ok, after winpe start and the agent receive the capture task the task fail i receive a error attach in image number 1.

If i create a job just to backup the machine, the job end sucessfuly.

Another test i made, was to import a image with "import tool" software, the software create the folder with the guid copy the image but at the end i receive an error and cant see the image on CMDB, error attach in image 2.

I think something is wrong in IIS, i opened a case yesterday but at this time no one call me....

Anyone have ideas?
