SLES11 SP2 patches to be installed on SP3 kernel?

Hello,

one of our customers has an issue where Suse Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP2 kernel update polices applied on a SP3 kernel system. Why is that?

Sorry, I'm not so familiar with the Linux Patchmanagement, but I'm open for any suggestions and questions.

Here are some infos from the system:
