Inventory forwarding configuration for Asset Management solution

Hello 

We have CMS 7.1 and AMS 7.1 both on different box.

Year before we have installed CMS 7.1 + SQL on box and it is under operation.

Now we installed AMS 7.1 on different box but SQL we using off box i.e CMS 7.1 box

In this case if we want to forwared CMS inventory data on AMS box or we need to connect AMS with CMS box then how CMS inventory gets populated on AMS box so.
