I need a help, my version is servicedesk 7.5.
I'm trying to start a workflow when a change is received, but dont appear the option "send change to workflow" in automation rules -> process event.
If we go to incident manager is possible to do it! "Home->Admin->Process Automation->Available Services->Incident Management-> on incident received"; Action -> add action -> send Incident to workflow.
I think this is bug, i opened a case in symantec but im waiting to receive news...
