When I originally setup PXE, I created one configuration to do WinPE 32 and 64 bit. The 32bit side never worked, and gave me a BSOD equivalent whenever I tried to use it. I decided to delete that single config, and make two new ones for 32 and 64bit respectively (I have done this now). But I cannot delete the Preboot choice I no loner want to use.
It tells me that it's being used in a task, and to change the tasks. Well I've deleted tasks that use it or made sure they aren't. I've checked the PXE configurations itself to make sure no system types auto boot to it. I think I've run into a bug or something isn't clearing right in the DB to let that switch to "No" and delete. From looking at the source of this page I believe I have the GUID of that configuration, so hopefully that'll help find why it's stuck.
