What is supported?

Now that DS 6.9 SP6 is out, going beyond SP5 MR3, what SQL versions are now supported?  I see explicit reference to SQL 2005 and SQL 2012, what about 2008 r2?  It seems like 2008 r2 should be supported but I would like to know for certain.

Similarly, WinPE 4.0 is supported in SP6, but no where is WinPE 3.x referenced.  Is WinPE 3.x (specifically 3.1) now supported and able to be managed through the boot disk creator?
