Deployment Solution 6.9 SP5 supports Dell R720 server

I have an Altiris DS for Dell 3.2 MR2 solution. The Deployment console seems recognized the Dell PowerEdge R720 server running Linux 5.10 because the console display the server in the computer pane. The console shown no progress/status/error message when I  run a simple script. Am I missing something or the solution doesn't support R720? If so, how can I get around or any other alternatives?
