Reporting Tools

We are using Workflow 7 and need a way to design and publish those reports to a PDF file.

We used to use a Custom Component that would take a Crystal Reports design and convert it into a PDF but it is flaky in WF7. Does anyone else have a way of generating a cutom built report from within a WF process?
