We have been running Altiris 7.1 for over a year now with very few issue. Today I noticed an issue trying to remote from the console using PcAnywhere 12.6.8 into computers when they are connected to our VPN. It has worked for a while now and not sure what is going on. Our network admin on site checked all there settings and nothing appears to have been changed on the Cisco side. If I remote into computers on our LAN I don't have any issues. Does anyone have any tips on what to check on the Altiris side? I rebooted the servers and that didn't seem to help. I also tested various systems and found the same issue. When we attempt to connect we are getting the unable to connect error. We never get to the point where it asks for a user name. Thanks for any help or tips I truly appreciate it.
